CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that is designed to optimize the physical competence of ten recognized fitness domains. These fitness domains include Cardiovascular, Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. Our training employs constantly varied and functional movements that are executed at a high level of intensity. By constantly varying the workouts your body is left guessing, requiring it to regularly adapt to the training. These sessions remain physically and mentally challenging so that your progress will never plateau. Functional movements are essential to our fitness approach as well as your day to day life. These movements, moving large loads over long distances promotes lean muscle gain and a reduction of body fat. All at the same time, you’ll move better in your day to day life. All of the good stuff from fitness comes through intensity. Our workouts are scaled to the individual so that each person is able to train at their highest intensity no matter their current fitness level. Saying that, we train hard.
